Modular Steel Structures Stand Out in Urban Transformation

Consera Founder Melih Şimşek stated that modular steel structures will play an important role in urban transformation projects. The company will start an urban transformation project consisting of 250 houses in Istanbul in 2025. In addition, 80-unit modular housing projects are planned for earthquake zones. These projects emphasize the importance of steel structures in terms of earthquake resistance and sustainability.
